Hi everyone, I’m Jim Blankenship, a Registered Nurse with over 24 years of bedside experience in Critical Care, Emergency, Cardiovascular, GI, Interventional Radiology, and Neurovascular procedural areas. Throughout my career, I’ve also taken on leadership roles as a Charge Nurse, Manager, House Supervisor, and Director of Cardiovascular, ED, and Critical Care Service Lines.

For the past 20 years, I’ve been privileged to serve in Nursing Leadership, achieving goals that wouldn’t have been possible without the support of incredible mentors and outstanding teams. Now, I’m excited to give back and help others navigate their leadership journey!
